The DynaStar™ Help Menu

The DynaStar™ Help Menu can be accessed by clicking on the APP Menu (the DynaStar™ icon in the top left hand corner of the screen.

Contents

Clicking on Contents will bring up the full DynaStar™ Help Manual to the first page of the manual.  
Note:  Context sensitive help is available in DynaStar™ simply by clicking the F1 key on the keyboard, which brings up the Help Manual open to the section for the Manager the user is currently in.

What's New

Clicking on What's New will open up the DynaStar™ Change Log which shows the changes from one version to the next.

DynaStar Website

Clicking on the DynaStar™ Website will open up the DrekiTek.com website where a user can find information on DynaStar™ and DrekiTek Software Solutions Ltd. From the website a user can contact Support, and even book an appointment to speak with a Support Specialist.

Support Connection

Clicking on the Support Connection will open up a Teamviewer Session. When the Teamviewer ID and password are given to a Support Specialist, the Support Specialist will be able to connect with the user and see the DynaStar™ Screens allowing the Support Specialist to help the user.

Enter License

Clicking on Enter License will allow a user to browse to a new license file, obtained from DynaStar™ Technical Support, to re-license or increase the concurrent user licensing in the application.

About DynaStar

Clicking on About DynaStar™ will bring up a typical application About dialogue, which will show the License information, support contact information and the user license.
